Keith has led TEI's National Account Sales Program since 1992. During those 14 years,
he has won our Salesperson and Employee of the Year awards so many times, we've lost count.
Prior to his accomplishments at TEI, Keith achieved success in a myriad of endeavors. He has
worked as a professional rodeo cowboy, an educator and radio broadcaster. Before joining TEI,
Keith was the operations manager of a large security company.
TEI and our clients have benefited tremendously from Keith's varied background. And you only have
to meet Keith once to understand why. Few, if any, have done more to change the nature and scope
of our business.
Keith's commitment to customer service is absolute. His list of clients reads like a Who's Who
of national retailers, including: Pier 1 Imports, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, The Limited,
Express, New York & Co., J. Jill, Harry & David, NationsRent and Steve & Barry's University
Sportswear.
Keith is a graduate of Tarleton State University, majoring in business. He is an avid outdoorsman who
enjoys spending much of his fre time exploring the mountains, streams and valleys of America's
wilderness.

From realtors such as Coldwell Banker to national account retailers like Golfsmith, Joe Maurer's
resume boasts a diverse group of commercial clients spanning almost every industry. In addition,
Joe has considerable experience working with government entities such as independent school
districts.
Joe joined the TEI sales team in 1998, bringing with him over 10 years of managerial experience.
Through thoughtful discussion with his clients, Joe designs a system that logically, simply, and
cost effectively meets their indevidual needs and challenges. Joe's calm professionalism and ability
to translate the latest techno-speak into understandable terms are what many of his clients
appreciate most.
Joe is an active member of the Fort Worth and Northeast Tarrant County Chambers of Commerce. He enjoys
spending his time with his family, reading and an occasional round of golf.

Lynn Miller will celebrate 10 years as a major contributor to TEI's sales team this year. Prior to
joining TEI, he spent 21 years at Dun & Bradstreet. Lynn is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University,
where he majored in Business Management.
With 33 years of sales experience and through continual education and training, Lynn maintains a
well-versed and consummate professionalism. He has a tremendous capacity for understanding each
client's unique requirements and is dedicated to providing the best communication solution
possible.
Lynn's clients include: Carroll Independent School District, The Salvation Army, The City of Haltom
City, Austin Bridge & Road, ATCO Rubber Products, Solara Healthcare Hospitals, Coors Distributing
Company, and State National Bank.
Lynn is an active member of the Fort Worth and Northeast Tarrant County Chambers of Commerce. He
enjoys attending concerts and live theater. At present, his favorite hobby is teaching his wife
Paula how to play golf.

Wendy joined TEI in 2004, brining with her 12 years of national account sales experience gained
working at WorldCom and Sprint.
Wendy works closely with TEI's sales professionals to make certain our clients' new telephone systems
are installed to their exact specifications and with an absolute minimum disruption to their business.
After installation, Wendy is responsible for educating clients on the use and features of their new
telephone system.
Without proper training, adapting to a new telephone system can be a frustrating experience. To
prevent such aggravation, and to ensure our clients receive maximum return on their communcation
investment, a talented trainer like Wendy is essential.
Wendy is a graduate of TCU with degrees in Theater, Radio-Television, and Film. She is a talented
actress and voice-over artist who appears regularly in local theater productions, and whose voice
has been featured in local and national advertisements. Wendy is a member of the Play Selection
Committee for the Runaway Theater in Grapevine. She also enjoys floral design.

Dale Taylor is our most senior technician beginning his career at TEI in 1978.
Dale is a factory certified technician on NEC key and PBX systems, the Nortel BCM, and Active Voice's
voice mail systems. In addition, Dale is an A+ certified computer technician.
Extensive formal training, along with nearly 30 years of real-world experience, make Dale ideally
suited to assist our sales professionals in designing traditional and converged communication systems
that meet our clients' needs exactly. Despite the complexity of today's technology, Dale's expertise
ensures a telephone system from TEI will be easy to operate and offer the utmost in reliability.
Such expertise is vital in ensuring today's complex systems are easy to use and reliable.
Away from the office, Dale is an accomplished musician who plays several different instruments. And
among other interests, Dale practices two forms of martial arts, is an avid boater, and an active
member and delegate to the Episcopal Church Convention.
