applications available with Business Communications Manager, Communication Server 1000,
Multimedia Communication Server 5100, Multimedia Communication Server 5200, Communication

The Expansion Module for IP Phone 2000 Series increases personalized contact for
inbound calling customers and colleagues offering centralized access to additional
soft-labeled line/feature keys at the desktop, when supported off either an IP Phone
2004 or IP Phone 2002. It is an ideal solution for small-to-moderate line appearance
centralized answering positions.

The IP Audio Conference Phone 2033 is a state-of-the-art, full duplex, handsfree, IP
audio conference phone that is easy-to-use, install and is robust in capabilities.
Offering full duplex handsfree support, it provides 360 degree coverage for rooms up
to 20’ x 30’ in size.

The Nortel IP Phone 1100 series is an exciting new generation of desktop IP Clients

The IP Phone 2001 is an entry level, single-line desktop IP telephone designed
specifically for public areas such as lobbies, cafeterias, hallways, and break

The IP Phone 2002 is a standards-based, Internet Protocol desktop telephone that
connects directly to the Local Area Network (LAN) via RJ-45 connector.

The IP Phone 2007 is Nortel's IP color touchscreen display phone. It offers a fully
bitmapped, pixel based, 5.7" (12.7cm x 17.8cm) diagonal CSTN display offering new and
exciting multimedia capabilities as delivered from external application servers along
with robust telephony features as delivered from Nortel Communication Servers. The
phone incorporates a USB port which provides flexible navigation and data entry
options. Supported servers include Succession 1000 Release 3.0 (with Signaling
Servers), Communication Server 1000 Release 4.0 and BCM 200 and 400 servers with
Release 3.7.

conduct real-time business communication via your PC with all the familiarity and
ease of a traditional telephone.

The Mobile USB Headset Adapter for IP Softphones introduces a smaller, more portable
form factor to today's Enhanced USB Adapter for the IP Softphone 2050 in addition to
extending support to other Nortel Softphone clients including the m6350 and MCS
clients. The Mobile Adapter provides the same button keys for answer, release, volume
up and down and mute as does the desktop version for a very intuitive and efficient
user interface.

Windows Mobile Pocket PC PDAs, it maximizes mobile worker productivity by
delivering secure access to both voice and data communications, leveraging a rich
